“To revolt is a natural tendency of life. Even a worm turns against the
foot that crushes it. In general, the vitality and relative dignity of an animal
can be measured by the intensity of its instinct to revolt.”

Youth is like a fire
‘Youth is like a fire
It crept forward.
A Spark at first
Growing into a flame
The brightening into a Blaze’.Indian youth has the power to make our country from developing nation to a developed nation. Is it a dream? No, their dreams take them to stars and galaxies to the far corners of the unknown and some of them like our own Kalpana Chawla pursue their dream, till they realize it and die for it in process.hopes of youthThe youth hopes for a world free of poverty, unemployment, inequality and exploitation of man by man. A world free of discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, language and gender. A world full of creative challenges and opportunities to conquer them. But let us convert these hopes in reality.
India can become a developed nation only if we contribute to it our best capacity and capability. Youth is experimental and with the full utilization of our talents , India will become a complete Nation. Let us hope for the same from every youth of India!
INDIAN YOUTH TODAY
the future"
-Franklin D. Roosevelt
Think about an educated Indian youth. Imagine the picture that comes to your mind! A somewhat boring, conventional young man. He is respectful and knows his roots. He wants a home, a car, a wife. A couple of EMIs hovers over his mind. He expects to ‘settle down’ by his late-20s.
But is this just a Delhi/Mumbai perspective/ or does it applies to all Indians? Why are we such a dull generation? We had more opportunities than the older generations. We grew up with more access to information, more choices, more money and prospective like never before.
According to the Business World magazine, “almost half the 5,485 young people surveyed across 15 cities such as Kochi, Jaipur or Bangalore are willing to do a job that is boring if they earn enough money. Over half are religious (just to please their elders) and more than 72 per cent would happily marry a person their parents chose (No matter if you ever fall in love with that person or not) In fact, more than half want to get married. They are very close to their parents. More than three-fourths make their career choices with the help of their parents and they believe in the joint family.”
DON’T WE NEED A CHANGE???
Personal transformation
Personal transformation can and does have global effects. As we go, so goes the world, for the world is us. The revolution that will save the world is ultimately a personal one.
Speak Your Mind
Stand up for what you believe in, even if it means standing alone.
" We believe faith and freedom must be our guiding stars, for they
show us truth, they make us brave, give us hope, and leave us wiser than we
were. "
